Application Process
Applications are processed on a first come, first served basis. An application form is required for each camper. Register on-line at www.bullis.org/ summerprograms or by application located in center of catalog. In the event your child is not accepted into a program, your check will be returned. Include a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 per child for each camp week or session. After May 20, 2008, full payment must be received with all applications. Please make checks payable to: Bullis Summer Programs. Enrollment extends permission for the use of summer photographs for future publications and our Web site.
Health Forms and Medication
Each student must have a parent or legal guardian complete the health information section on the Summer Programs application. Maryland state law requires each registered camper to have a current Tetanus shot date listed on file. An immunization record must be submitted for ANY student who attends a school outside the state of Maryland.
All prescription medication taken by any camper must be noted on the Summer Program application form. A medication consent form must be signed by an attending physician and be on file in the camp office in order for any medication to be dispensed to a camper while in attendance at camp. All medication must be clearly marked with camper’s name with dosage requirements. Non-prescription medicine will not be dispensed to campers without a physicians note. Download the Medication Consent Form [PDF]
